1. The service
Listify enhances item photos and drafts listing text. Results are AI-generated: check logos, sizes, and details before publishing to a marketplace. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you list.
2. Credits & plans
- 1 credit = 1 top-down photo. Angled, hero, close-up, and far-away views cost 2 credits.
- Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over unless your plan says so.
- Top-up packs never expire while your account is active.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case for failed generations — contact support with the session ID.
3. Your content
You keep full rights to your photos and listings. You grant us a license to process them to operate the service. Don't upload content you don't own or that violates marketplace policies.
4. Acceptable use
- No reselling API access, scraping, or circumventing credit metering.
- No unlawful, infringing, or misleading listings.
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or chargebacks.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, marketplace takedowns, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms with notice in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
